Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Worcester, MA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, and monitoring client progress. The role also involves providing direct support to clients, training and supervising behavior technicians, and conducting parent education sessions to ensure lasting positive outcomes. Collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams will be an integral part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Behavior Management and Parent Education strategies
- Knowledge of Psychology concepts relevant to autism and developmental disorders
- Ability to effectively supervise and train staff on ABA methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and/or PDD is highly valued
