Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the Greater St. Louis area. The BCBA will design, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans tailored for individuals with autism. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing direct behavior-analytic services, training and supporting parents and caregivers, and overseeing the work of behavior technicians. The role emphasizes collaboration with team members and families to ensure effective interventions and progress toward individual goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Experience in developing and implementing Behavior Management strategies
- Skills in Parent Education and effective collaboration with families
- Strong knowledge of Psychology and behavioral assessment techniques
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Certification as a BCBA in good standing
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater St. Louis area
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
