Autism Spectrum Consultants is looking for a part time (afternoon availability until 5:30 pm) Applied Behavior Analysis Scheduling and Administrative Assistant to join our team!

General responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Required Skills:
- Assisting in setting and regularly updating schedules for ~40 clients and ~30 staff (Scheduling ABA sessions/meetings and providing patients’ families with necessary information, as well as knowledge of existing lines of communication and authority, handling communications properly with dependability and cooperation)
- Handling incoming calls, messages and emails while providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing and distributing reports, memos, and other documents.
- Supporting the directorial and supervisory team with various tasks as needed.
- Responsible for overseeing and performing a wide variety of administrative duties that require independent judgment and initiative in the utilization of computers and other equipment, as well as solid interpersonal skills.
- Using knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures utilizing Microsoft 365 Suite and other internet applications.
- Experience in Behavioral Healthcare/ background in Psychology is a PLUS

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree and ABA scheduling experience in an office setting preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
