Autism Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work directly with individuals with autism to help them build meaningful academic, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
This is a part-time evening position with a consistent, limited weekly schedule, making it a great fit for someone looking to add a few meaningful work hours to their week.
Schedule:
- Approximately 3–12 hours per week
- Evening shifts from 3:00–5:00 PM or 3:00–6:00 PM
- 1–4 evenings per week, based on availability and client needs

Responsibilities
As an RBT, you will:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinical setting
- Help clients develop social, behavioral, communication, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized behavior and skill-acquisition plans
- Follow client schedules during therapy and classroom activities
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
- Complete required clinical documentation for each session
- Collaborate with supervisors and other members of the clinical team
Required Qualifications
- MUST be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability and willingness to complete required background checks and fingerprinting
- Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Personal or professional experience working with individuals with special needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, patient, and comfortable working with children
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in growing within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Willingness to complete training and become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), if not already certified
