What You’ll Do
As an ASP, you’ll work directly with individuals with autism. Responsibilities include:
- Provide support, supervision, and instruction in home, community, and/or program settings
- Support communication, social skills, and daily living skill development
- Facilitate meaningful community engagement and relationship-building
- Ensure safety and well‑always being
- Maintain accurate daily notes reflecting progress toward goals
- Transport participants using your personal vehicle or designated ASNC vehicles (for select group programs)
- Administer necessary medication to residents
