What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Autism Reimagined Center?
Autism Reimagined Center (ARC) is dedicated to applying ABA interventions from a friendly, client-centered perspective and caring about the staff in the process. ARC emphasizes collaboration and we are committed to building a supportive environment for both clients and their families.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Where science meets humanity—and meaningful change happens every day.
About the Role
This is not just a clinical position—it’s an opportunity to shape lives in deeply meaningful ways. As a BCBA, you are more than a behavior analyst; you are a translator of needs, a builder of independence, and a guide for families navigating complex developmental journeys. You will use evidence-based practices to create real, lasting change—helping individuals access their world more fully, safely, and confidently.
Every program you design, every caregiver you support, and every small breakthrough you witness contributes to something bigger: a life with more connection, autonomy, and possibility.
What You’ll Do
- Design individualized, compassionate care: Craft treatment plans that reflect not just clinical excellence, but the unique personality, strengths, and goals of each individual.
- Turn data into meaningful stories: Analyze behavior with precision, while never losing sight of the human behind the data. Your insights will guide impactful decisions and progress.
- Empower families and caregivers: Provide coaching and collaboration that builds confidence, consistency, and hope in the home and community.
- Mentor and inspire your team: Guide behavior technicians with patience and purpose, fostering growth, curiosity, and high-quality care.
- Advocate for dignity and access: Ensure every individual is treated with respect, and that services promote independence, safety, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Who You Are
- You are driven by purpose, not just productivity
- You believe behavior is communication, and you’re committed to understanding it
- You balance clinical rigor with compassion
- You find joy in small wins that lead to big change
- You are energized by collaboration, growth, and lifelong learning
- You want your work to matter—not just today, but long-term
Why This Work Matters
In this role, progress may look like a child asking for help instead of engaging in frustration, a teenager building meaningful peer relationships, or a family finally feeling understood and supported. These moments are powerful—and they happen because of you.
Applied Behavior Analysis is not just about reducing behaviors. It’s about building lives—expanding communication, increasing independence, strengthening relationships, and creating access to meaningful experiences.
What You’ll Gain
- A career rooted in purpose and impact
- Ongoing opportunities for professional and personal growth
- A collaborative environment where your voice and expertise are valued
- The chance to shape the future of care for individuals and families
If you’re looking for a role where science meets heart—where your skills can truly change lives—this is it. Come do work that matters.
Our Mission
To improve lives through meaningful behavior change using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), while upholding the highest standards of clinical care, family collaboration, and client dignity.
Our Philosophy
At our organization, we believe that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is not only about teaching skills—it is about building meaningful relationships with the children and families we serve. Our work is rooted in kindness, compassion, patience, and respect. Every interaction with a client and their family reflects our commitment to creating an environment where learning, growth, and trust can flourish.
We recognize that families are at the heart of every child’s progress. Technicians are not only instructors but also partners with parents and caregivers. By listening, collaborating, and respecting each family’s unique values and culture, we create individualized therapy that honors the child as a whole person, not just their diagnosis.
Core Values That Set Us Apart
Family-Centered Care
We understand that lasting change happens when families are supported, informed, and empowered. We actively involve caregivers in therapy, provide education, and encourage open communication.
Kindness and Compassion
We approach every child with empathy, treating them as we would want our own loved ones to be treated. Compassion guides how we respond to challenges, celebrate successes, and support families through difficult moments.
Patience and Understanding
Progress in ABA is a journey, not a race. We remain patient, giving each child and family the time, space, and encouragement they need to succeed.
Respect for Families and Cultures
We honor the diversity of the families we serve. Respect means valuing different backgrounds, traditions, languages, and perspectives—and adapting our services to fit each family’s unique needs.
Professional Excellence
Our technicians are trained to provide evidence-based ABA services with integrity and professionalism. What sets us apart is not just clinical skill, but the warmth and humanity we bring to each session.
Collaboration and Teamwork
We believe therapy is strongest when everyone works together—families, technicians, supervisors, and community supports. Our team model ensures families never feel alone in their journey.
Integrity and Trust
Families trust us with their children—their most precious gift. We uphold that trust by maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice, honesty, and accountability.
