Daily duties of a paraprofessional include:
- Provide one-on-one student support (under direction of teacher)
- Deliver small group instruction (under direction of teacher)
- Provide playground and lunch supervision
- Complete classroom setup activities prior to student arrival
- Complete other activities as directed by the classroom teacher
Compensation:
- 201 work days per year; 6.5 hours per day (total of 1306.5 work hours per year)
- Starting at $18,985 per year ($14.53 per hour) with the immediate ability to increase salary to $19,985 per year ($15.29 per hour) by completing our initial training program.
- Annual seniority raises in each of your first five years of employment.

Two work shifts are available: 7:15 am to 2:15 pm or 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Mon-Fri
We require a H.S Diploma or GED. A criminal background check is also required by Ohio and federal law.
