As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll lead clinical care for your caseload - designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering directly with families to drive real progress. Clinical decisions are guided by what’s best for the client, not red tape. This role is designed for professionals who have earned their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

What We’re Offering: 

• Potential Annual Salary: Starting at $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography

• 60 Hours of Onboarding Ongoing Clinical Support: Comprehensive training in your first 4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments), plus monthly CEUs, an annual in-house research conference, and weekly office hours with our Clinical Development team.

• Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina as issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
