No certification required! Just 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.). Schedule & PayHours: All weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pmWork Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needsDaily pay access available so you can get paid as you earnCompensation: $20-$26.50/hrSpanish speaking is a plus, and will earn you $.50 more per hourQualifications: You have a High School Diploma or GED completed AND have also completed at least one semester of college coursework or are currently enrolled in college courses.At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus)You have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and are tech-savvy.Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for.You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.Ability to keep up with active children and are enthusiastic and professional.
