Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive clinical team and deliver high-quality ABA services that truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Clinic Director, the BCBA will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Provide family training and caregiver guidance
- Supervise RBTs/BTs and provide ongoing staff training and mentorship
- Ensure high clinical standards and fidelity in service delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Design complex behavior support plans and train team members on implementation
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive treatment decisions
- Maintain full compliance with BACB and company policies and procedures
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency with Central Reach or similar practice management systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
