Behavior Technician

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance
- Able to make at least a 6-9-month commitment
We are currently hiring for our Behavior Technician position which involves providing one-on-one applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy. If you enjoy working with children, and have a desire to foster developmental growth, we would love to hear from you.
Each client has a team consisting of 3-4 Behavior Technicians under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Treatment sessions are 2-3 hours long, with most children receiving 25-30 total hours of therapy per week. Technicians work a minimum of 6 hours per week with one child. Employees have the option to work with multiple children. Therapy is provided 6-7 days per week, and weekend sessions may be required. We serve children in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Travel reimbursement is provided between multiple sessions in a day.
