Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care that emphasizes growth, independence, and well-being.

Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive behavioral therapy programs tailored to each individual's needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and track progress over time.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor behavioral changes and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or staff members working directly with clients, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals during intake processes and ongoing treatment planning.
  • Participate in team meetings to review client progress, update treatment plans, and ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

  • Certification as a BCBA or BCaBA from an accredited organization; relevant state licensure is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), autism spectrum disorder interventions, and special education strategies.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods, medical documentation, and understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and support intake procedures effectively.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards to ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information.

Pay: $54,292.62 - $65,384.66 per year
