The Scheduler coordinates and maintains daily therapy schedules for clients and staff. This role is
responsible for managing cancellations, ensuring appropriate client coverage, and maintaining accurate
scheduling and billing records. The Scheduler serves as a primary point of contact for scheduling-related
communication with staff and clients, and supports clinic operations through accurate data entry,
coordination, and customer service.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- Preferred experience and knowledge of CentralReach
- 1-3 years administrative/customer service background
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy while managing high-priority tasks simultaneously
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Satisfactory criminal background checks as defined by agency policy
