At Autism Delaware POW&R, we seek flexible and dedicated individuals to work as Residential Direct Support Professionals in the Wilmington area.
We are looking for amazing Fulltime, Parttime and PRN direct support professionals to join our residential team.
Shifts 3pm - 11pm, 11pm to 9am weekends included
We offer a 15 % weekend shift differential.

Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality of care to individuals with autism in their private residences
- Supporting a home environment that ensures the participant is safe, cared for, and engaged in their community.
- providing transportation to social and recreational activities
- Ensuring health and wellness
- Advocating for those we support
- Assisting in developing and implementing a support plan
- Documenting progress, support provided, and activities
- Must possess the ability to adapt to diverse work situations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proof of High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess valid Drivers license and Auto Insurance
- Favorably pass all background checks
- Must have full range of motion, physical strength, and ability to achieve and maintain paid training and certifications.
