Autism Centers of Utah is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Sandy, Utah. We are dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) build functional communication, language and social skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside BCBAs, RBTs, Occupational Therapists, and other clinicians while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Position Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, social-pragmatic, and feeding needs for pediatric clients. The role includes direct therapy services, treatment planning, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and caregiver education to support functional communication across environments.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and prepare reports.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy for speech sound disorders, language delays, social/pragmatic skills, fluency, voice, AAC, and feeding as applicable.
  • Document sessions, maintain compliance, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with SLPAs, BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support interdisciplinary care.
  • Educate caregivers on communication strategies for home use.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license (or eligibility).
  • CCC-SLP preferred; CFs considered.
  • Pediatric and ASD experience preferred.

Work Setting: Center-based services.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
