We currently serve 40 clients with a growing waitlist of 100 children and are focused on expanding access while maintaining high clinical quality and operational excellence.

Position Summary
We are seeking an Executive Director with strong healthcare operations experience to lead our organization’s growth, financial sustainability, and team performance.
This is not a purely administrative or fundraising role. The Executive Director will oversee clinic operations, financial performance, staffing efficiency, and leadership development in a Medicaid-based service model.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Leadership
- Lead and manage Clinical Director (BCBA) and Admin/Billing functions
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability systems
- Maintain strong organizational culture and team retention
Financial Oversight
- Manage budget, revenue cycle performance, and cost structure
- Monitor key metrics such as:
- Payroll % of revenue
- Revenue per billable hour
- Utilization and productivity
- Ensure financial sustainability within Medicaid reimbursement constraints
Operational Performance
- Oversee clinic efficiency, including:
- Staff scheduling and utilization
- Client attendance and service delivery
- Partner with clinic staff to improve:
- RBT utilization
- Delivered vs. authorized hours
Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute a plan to serve more clients from the waitlist
- Align staffing, scheduling, and operational capacity with growth goals
External Leadership
- Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors
- Support fundraising, donor engagement, and community relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nonprofit management, or related field
- 5 years of leadership experience in:
- Healthcare operations, outpatient clinics, behavioral health, or similar
- Strong financial management experience (budgeting, cost control, KPI tracking)
- Experience managing teams and developing leaders
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ABA, autism services, or therapy-based care
- Experience working with Medicaid-funded services
- Multi-site or clinic management experience
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing and insurance processes
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
