Autism Center of Nebraska is looking for a Full-TIme and Part-Time Direct Support Professional who is a compassionate, empathetic, and a role model for our individuals to look up to while they strive to meet their goals!
Autism Center of Nebraska is looking for a passionate Direct Support Professional who is eager to learn how to best provide care to our individuals everyday! This position also includes Job Coaching individuals as needed and the potential to advance to a Team Lead.
We are looking for motivated individuals to work hours during the regular work week. These include daytime hours, and the specific schedule is flexible!
Starting wage of $15.00 to $16.00 and up to a $600 hiring bonus!!!
Our DSPs at ACN work with adults who experience autism and other developmental disabilities.
Duties include:
- Teaching independent living skills, vocational skills, or job-seeking skills.
- Support clients in these areas while also providing positive behavioral support.
- Care for each client, interacting with them throughout the day.
- Be able to drive clients to any outings that are planned for the week and watch over them at the event.
- Assist in writing a resume for jobs in the Community.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Must be able to pass ASP/CPS, Sex Offender, Background Checks
