Clinical Director – Leadership Opportunity

The Autism Center of Excellence is looking for a Clinical Director to lead our Fayetteville, NC clinic. This is a leadership-focused BCBA role for someone ready to step into, or continue in, a Clinical Director position with real influence on team development and quality of care.
You'll oversee clinical operations, support a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services, with strong clinical and executive support behind you.
Compensation
- Pay: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (base bonus)
- Sign-on Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for BCBA and RBT teams
- Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians
- Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and case progression
- Ensure ethical caseload management and high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and BACB standards
- Support clinic growth, retention, and performance initiatives
Requirements
Required
- Active BCBA certification
- Eligible for Maryland licensure
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
Preferred
- 5 years of BCBA experience
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
- Experience supporting clinic or program growth
