About the Role
Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining client satisfaction, retention, and referrals. This position plays a key role in resolving or escalating client concerns, collaborating with departments to address complaints, and building strong relationships with clients and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in community outreach programs and represent ACT at events.
- Complete the intake process for potential clients (Spanish proficiency required).
- Coordinate client enrollment with branch management, scheduling, and relevant departments.
- Work closely with BCBAs to assign assessments and follow up with insurance companies for authorizations.
- Monitor authorization status to ensure no placeholder remains beyond the maximum allowed time.
- Develop and manage key client relationships post-enrollment.
- Create and maintain client documentation in the appropriate format.
- Implement client satisfaction and advocacy procedures.
- Add and update client information in the EMR system.
- Promote ACT’s mission, values, and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to process, procedure, and policy improvements related to client needs.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Client Relations Coordinator or similar role in the ABA field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
