The Intake Administrative Intern provides necessary support to the Intake and Diagnostic Evaluation Teams and other company teams as needed.
- Must live in MA, NH, VT, RI, or NY**

- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Mailing and faxing diagnostic reports
- Mailing and electronically sending forms to patients
- Creating new patient charts
- Chart filing and organization
- Shredding and other organizational tasks
- Appointment reminder phone calls
- Send teams links for telehealth appts
- Enter authorization tasks in CR
- Help with medical records
- Calls to parents as needed
- Assisting the VP of Growth and Development
- Assisting the Director of Psychology
- Other projects as needed
- Communication with families and staff members
- Responsiveness and timeliness to complete tasks
- Accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks
- Weekly or as needed with VP of Growth and Development and/or Director of Psychology

- This position operates in a center environment.
- Ability to stand and bend to file charts
- Ability to sit and work at a computer

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Employees in this role are considered essential workers as part of the critical infrastructure.
