Description

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Autism Care Partners' markets. This role partners closely with Clinical Directors and Operations leaders to understand workforce needs, proactively build clinical talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted advisor in clinical recruiting by leveraging market intelligence, relationship-building, employer branding, and innovative sourcing strategies to recruit highly qualified clinicians in a competitive healthcare environment.

Essential Functions

  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for BCBA positions across assigned markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking, referrals, social media, industry associations, conferences, job boards, and passive candidate outreach, as well as outside-the-box thinking.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified BCBA candidates to proactively support organizational growth.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Directors and Operations teams to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning needs.
  • Conduct interviews to assess clinical experience, certifications, licensure, culture fit, career goals, and relocation interests.
  • Develop personalized recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill markets.
  • Present qualified candidates and provide Vice President of Talent, Brand, & Employee Experience with market insights and candidate recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, facilitate communication, negotiate offers, and partner with People Operations throughout the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both active and passive BCBA candidates.
  • Represent Autism Care Partners at ABA conferences, university events, networking opportunities, career fairs, and recruiting events.
  • Partner with Marketing and Employee Experience to strengthen ACP's employer brand within the ABA community.
  • Utilize Paylocity, Airtable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate activity and recruiting metrics.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics including:
  • Time-to-fill
  • Offer acceptance rate
  • Pipeline health
  • Source effectiveness
  • Candidate conversion rates
  • Stay current on BACB certification requirements, state licensure regulations, market compensation trends, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share clinical recruiting best practices.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1s and Team meetings and provide updates on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and market trends.
  • Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as assigned.

  • Ability to source passive candidates using advanced recruiting techniques.

  • Must be detail-oriented; able to work independently in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS; Paylocity (preferred).
  • Solid negotiation skills.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Travel Required

  • Travel to designated center expected as determined and agreed upon by employee and supervisor.
  • Travel to college/university events, centers, community events, conferences and other events required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
  • Prior sourcing/hunting and full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment required.
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting within a behavioral healthcare environment strongly preferred.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Recruiting experience required
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Recruiting strongly preferred?
  • Preference will be given to candidates with ABA Recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive talent market with a strong focus on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting, and other recruiting strategies.

Additional Requirements

  • Employees in this role are considered essential workers as part of the critical infrastructure.
  • No prior criminal history.
  • Ability to utilize technology
  • Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, specifically Excel
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking system (ATS) human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
