Position Overview
Autism Behavior Support is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in both clinic and home settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children build meaningful skills, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in both clinic and home settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Teach and support the development of:
- Communication skills
- Social interaction skills
- Daily living and self-help skills
- Implement behavior intervention plans and behavior reduction strategies.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and clinical documentation.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, BCBAs, and other members of the clinical team.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations, BACB ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred
- Ability to implement structured treatment plans and follow clinical protocols
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to care
