Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans aligned with each individual’s needs.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). (LBA where approved).
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), medical terminology, and medical documentation practices.
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for managing medical records securely.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
