Join our team of passionate Behavior Interventionists supporting students in a Long Beach school-based program. Work alongside dedicated professionals in a collaborative, nurturing environment where you’ll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your ABA career.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct ABA services to students in a classroom setting.
- Use evidence-based strategies and positive reinforcement to teach communication and social skills.
- Collect and track data on client progress.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate closely with our BCBA supervisors and Field Trainers for hands-on support.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of direct ABA experience (preferred)
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their goals
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

If you have experience as a Behavior Therapist, ABA Technician, Paraprofessional, Preschool Teacher, Caregiver, or in Psychology, Social Work, or Education, we’d love to meet you!
