Position Summary
We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA programs for a small caseload of clients and provide supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
This position offers a balance of clinical work, staff supervision, and light administrative responsibilities, ideal for BCBAs ready to take the next step in leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and adjust skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs based on client progress
- Supervise RBTs/BTs through direct and indirect hours, feedback, and modeling
- Review session data and ensure programs are implemented with fidelity
- Conduct parent training and support generalization of skills across environments
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with insurance/Medicaid standards
- Participate in clinical team meetings and assist in onboarding/training new staff
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in alignment with BACB guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification and active state license (if applicable)
- 1–3 years of post-certification experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experience supervising RBTs or BTs preferred
- Familiarity with Medicaid or insurance documentation is a plus
