What You’ll Do
At AAI, we don’t just assign tasks—we empower our team members to grow as professionals and make meaningful contributions.
As an RBT, you’ll:
- Engage directly with clients: Use play-based techniques to teach communication, social, self-help, and academic skills while also reducing challenging behaviors.
- Implement specific treatment plans: Follow step-by-step targets designed by a BCBA to help clients build independence and achieve their goals.
- Track progress: Collect accurate, real-time data on your client’s performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with a team: Work closely with supervisors to adjust and improve plans based on your observations and insights.
- Provide support in diverse settings: Help clients succeed in their homes, schools, clinics, and communities, adapting to their unique environments.

What We Offer
- Transparent pay structure: Certified RBTs: $21.57–$24.29/hour. BTs: $20/hour during training, moving to $21.57/hour upon certification.
- Fully paid RBT training and ongoing supervision hours for BCBA/BCaBA candidates.

What You’ll Bring
For Certified RBTs:
