What You’ll Do

At AAI, we don’t just assign tasks—we empower our team members to grow as professionals and make meaningful contributions.

As an RBT, you’ll:

• Engage directly with clients: Use play-based techniques to teach communication, social, self-help, and academic skills while also reducing challenging behaviors.
• Implement specific treatment plans: Follow step-by-step targets designed by a BCBA to help clients build independence and achieve their goals.
• Track progress: Collect accurate, real-time data on your client’s performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with a team: Work closely with supervisors to adjust and improve plans based on your observations and insights.
• Provide support in diverse settings: Help clients succeed in their homes, schools, clinics, and communities, adapting to their unique environments.

What We Offer

• Transparent pay structure: Certified RBTs: $21.57–$24.29/hour. BTs: $20/hour during training, moving to $21.57/hour upon certification.
• Fully paid RBT training and ongoing supervision hours for BCBA/BCaBA candidates.

What You’ll Bring

For Certified RBTs:

• An active RBT certification and a commitment to professional growth.

For Aspiring BTs:

• A strong desire to grow in the ABA field and earn your RBT certification.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
