As an Operational Resiliency Program Manager at auticon, you will be working on our client projects within various domains including entertainment, utilities, healthcare, and finance. This position will develop, implement, and support operational resilience across our client’s products, customer experience, and end-to-end internal strategies. You will be responsible for business and technical impact assessments, disaster recovery architecture, and continuous improvement of resilience programs. This role embeds resilience as a competitive advantage and supports our clients in building a customer-focused, robust, and compliant organization. You do not have to meet all skills and qualifications to apply.

**This is a full-time in-person position located in Lehi, UT. Relocation will not be considered.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop disaster recovery strategies to meet compliance for new product releases
  • Coordinate with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to define and implement resiliency requirements
  • Integrate resilience across digital transformation, automation, cloud migration, and system virtualization efforts
  • Conduct business impact analyses (BIAs) and technical impact assessments (TIAs)
  • Support product certification audits (SOC2 & ISO 27001)
  • Architect and maintain disaster recovery (DR) infrastructure
  • Plan and lead resilience exercises and testing, including tabletop exercises and simulations
  • Identify program gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Support and improve the resilience program using relevant metrics and stakeholder feedback
  • Coordinate and lead training across business units on resilience practices
  • Maintain familiarity with industry standards, tools, and best practices
  • Provide dedicated support for resiliency tools and platforms
  • Work on internal auticon projects as assigned when not working on client projects
  • Willingness to learn new tools, programs, and complete any required trainings and/or certifications
  • Help interface and facilitate collaboration with the client’s personnel, in collaboration with and alignment with auticon team
  • Work alongside your dedicated auticon team member for support
  • Learn, understand, and implement existing auticon procedures related to your role

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree, preferably in related field such as computer science/information systems or demonstrated equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of experience in enterprise resiliency, business continuity, or disaster recovery
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and storage architecture
  • Experience conducting BIAs/TIAs and building DR architecture
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Project management experience, especially in cross-functional or client-facing roles
  • Effective communicator, presenter, and writer with experience drafting stakeholder reports and plans
  • Ability to prioritize risks and advocate for both technical and business needs
  • Experience with business continuity tools such as Fusion Framework is a plus
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CBCP, MBCP, CRISC)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Reporting, documentation, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication including direct client interaction
  • Requirements gathering
  • Flexibility with change in project requirements and project changes
  • Authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future sponsorship
