The Closing Agent will coordinate and facilitate real estate closings, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing settlement statements, working with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers, and confirming all funds are collected and disbursed properly. The role includes obtaining and verifying title commitments, addressing title issues, and explaining closing documents to parties in a clear and professional manner. The Closing Agent will also maintain detailed records, manage closing schedules, and provide responsive customer service throughout the transaction.

Qualifications

- Current Notary commission (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe), and comfort notarizing real estate documents.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
