The Treasury Clerk is responsible for managing and executing key financial operations related to customer financing, bank reconciliation, and deposit processing. This role ensures accurate and timely posting of payments, reconciliation of funding reports, and resolution of financing-related issues. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with financial systems such as Service Titan and any other Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Post payments for financing transactions.
- Apply fees to each job based on the funding report.
- Pull and reconcile the Credit Card Funding Report to bank records; create corresponding deposits in Service Titan.
- Pull and reconcile the Financing Funding Report to bank records; create corresponding deposits in Service Titan.
- Review and batch missing items for processing.
- Handle financing escalations (e.g., unfunded jobs) by coordinating with the Office Manager for customer follow-up.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Retrieve location deposit logs for checks and cash.
- Post deposits accurately in Service Titan.
- Create “negative” deposits for chargebacks or returned checks and update customer profiles accordingly.
- Review bank statements for anomalies or unposted items.
- Support future-state initiatives including full bank reconciliation processes.
- Investigate and process declined ACH refunds per workflow assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in Service Titan recommended.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across locations.
