What You’ll Do
We're looking for someone who can work within brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to push creative boundaries. You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple projects, and is committed to delivering polished work on deadlines.
Design engaging visual assets for print and digital marketing campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all materials while finding creative ways to evolve within brand guidelines
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective visual solutions
Create content for email, social media, website, menus, signage, events and other marketing materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design
2 years' professional experience in agency, corporation or small business
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
A portfolio showcasing conceptual design, advertising, branding, and digital marketing work
Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy with impeccable design skills
Ability to create unique design elements and layouts that align with brand standards, strategic objectives and marketing briefs
Strong typography skills
Organized, timely, responsive and reliable
Open to feedback with willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Firm understanding of print-production processes and related technologies
Ability to execute multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines
Strong grasp of design elements including composition, color, and current design trends
