Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

ROLE: Senior Platform Data Engineer

About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Data Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo, we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation, delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds, billions of transactions per second throughput, and mathematically proven security against adversaries.

You will own the exabyte-scale sovereign data platform that ingests 200 GB/s from blockchain events, ABW34 DePIN storage farms, and real-world sources, then serves ML-ready feature stores, vector databases, and knowledge graphs to trillion-parameter GenAI models, agentic systems, and RAG/KAG pipelines — all with 25 μs federated queries, ε=0.5 differential privacy guarantees, and automated GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA compliance across healthcare, DeFi, and enterprise, and DePIN data.

Key Responsibilities

Build production Airflow-on-Kubernetes platform orchestrating 1 M daily ML/AI jobs at 99.999 % reliability

Architect Kafka Spark streaming backbone ingesting 200 GB/s with exactly-once semantics and <1 ms latency

Implement Data Vault 2.x medallion lakehouse (Iceberg/Delta/Hudi) with immutable audit trails and time-travel

Deploy Trino federation layer delivering 25 μs queries across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Aerospike, Milvus, and Ceph/IPFS

Build SPARQL semantic virtualization and self-service portal provisioning petabyte pipelines in

Embed Kyber/Dilithium encryption and zk-proof lineage into all data flows for FIPS 140-3 compliance

Implement automated data residency, right-to-erasure, and privacy-budget tracking (ε=0.5) for regulatory audits

Create reusable Spark/Airflow operators and templates consumed by 100 ML and AI engineering teams

Drive FinOps and ML-powered data optimization reducing lakehouse costs 80–90 %

Research, Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Publish sovereign lakehouse and federated data advances at Strata, VLDB, CIDR
• Keynote at Strata 2026 on “Exabyte-Scale Sovereign Data Platform for Trillion-Parameter GenAI”
  
  

Requirements – Must Have

• 8 years building petabyte-to-exabyte data platforms with Airflow, Kafka, Spark
• Multiple production lakehouse (Iceberg/Delta/Hudi) and Data Vault 2.x deployments
• Hands-on Trino federation, vector database integration, and self-service data portals
• Proven delivery of GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA-compliant pipelines at scale
• Deep expertise in streaming CDC, event sourcing, and medallion architecture
