JOB SUMMARY
Manager - Online Brand Protection relies on knowledge and experience of building brand protection strategies online and offline, globally. The Operations Manager will play a critical role of being the link between the client and the service delivery team that operates in China and India. The operations manager will be responsible to work with sales to develop the scope of work and work with operations teams to develop detailed work programs.
The manager will also focus on sales by developing leads, providing sales support to the sales team, and contributing to the development of our OBP marketing strategy.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Partner with clients to build enforcement strategies to reduce the presence of counterfeit and infringing items across the Internet.
- Understand client's business priorities, brand specifics, and the resulting online threat vector.
- Analyze data to detect new infringement trends and recommend course of action to clients.
- Collaborate with team members globally to solve requests and prioritize ad-hoc projects and implement approaches to identified business problems.
- Formulate and effectively communicate data-driven recommendations focused on client needs.
- Compile data into meaningful impact and strategic reports.
- Manage analysts to ensure client specific enforcement guidelines are followed and program goals are met.
- Provide support to clients and analysts to maximize success of brand enforcement work.
