Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Registered Dietitian at our Deerfield, IL location. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutrition therapy to clients with eating disorders, developing personalized meal plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians. Additional responsibilities include educating clients and their support systems, maintaining thorough documentation, and staying updated on best practices in eating disorder treatment.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in nutrition assessment, meal planning, and designing tailored nutrition interventions
- In-depth understanding of eating disorders, associated behaviors, and the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to maintain meticulous client records and adhere to professional standards and ethics
- Credentials as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and licensure in Illinois
- Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is strongly preferred
- Commitment to weight-inclusive and client-centered care practices
