What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Partner position at Authentic?
Authentic helps insurance brokers create better insurance products for their clients. We provide the technology platform and behind-the-scenes support that lets brokers build custom insurance solutions for specific industries or customer groups. Think of us as the operating system that powers these specialized insurance offerings. For brokers, this means they can offer unique products their competitors don't have, earn more money, and spend less time on paperwork and administrative tasks. We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business.
As Authentic scales, we need a Recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end. This isn't a role where you coordinate interviews and wait for decisions — you'll drive searches from kickoff to close, build pipelines across functions, and be a real partner to hiring managers. You'll report to the Head of People and work closely with leaders across the business.

What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing
- Build and manage pipelines for roles spanning engineering, product, operations, sales, and corporate functions
- Source proactively through LinkedIn, networks, and creative outreach — not just inbound applicants
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, calibrate on candidates, and move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer, making every interaction reflect well on Authentic
- Maintain clean data and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse) so we always know where things stand
- Contribute to employer branding and how we show up to candidates in the market
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at an insurtech, fintech, or tech company
- Comfortable hiring across the board — technical and non-technical roles
- A strong sourcer who doesn't wait for applicants to come to you
- Sharp communicator with high emotional intelligence — candidates and hiring managers both trust you
- Organized and process-oriented without being rigid; you know when to move fast and when to slow down
- Experienced with Greenhouse
- Based in New York and excited to be in-office with the team

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
