Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Public Relations Account Executive role based in Las Vegas, NV, The Public Relations Account Executive will manage day-to-day client accounts, including developing and executing PR strategies, drafting press materials, and coordinating media outreach and follow-up. This role will research and identify media opportunities, pitch story ideas, and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders. The Account Executive will help plan and support events, activations, and partnerships, and monitor media coverage, preparing reports and insights for clients. The position also includes collaborating with internal team members on content, social media, and marketing initiatives, while ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong public relations, media relations, and communications skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with media and influencers.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and editing press releases, pitches, talking points, and other PR materials with clear, engaging, and error-free copy.
- Proficiency in researching media opportunities, tracking coverage, and using PR tools or databases to support client campaigns and reporting.
- Minimum one year of experience supporting or managing client accounts, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lifestyle, travel, hospitality, or food & beverage industries
- Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment
- Las Vegas based
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous agency or in-house PR experience
