Primary Responsibilities- Go door to door to speak with homeowners about pest control services
- Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Explain service details clearly and confidently
- Complete paperwork and schedule new customers
- Build positive, lasting impressions with every interaction
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
- Complete required sales training
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to listen, learn, and take feedback
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone required; iPad or tablet preferred
- Ability to stay motivated and work toward sales quotas
