Individual Therapy – Psychological Testing
Position Opening: Licensed Psychologist (LP), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
(Full time; Hybrid/In Person)

· Compensation for Continuing Education: up to $300 for continuing education credits.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
· Currently licensed (or license-eligible) as a psychologist, LPC or LLP.
· Experience in providing culturally affirming, trauma-informed psychotherapy
(individual and couples/relational therapy) to adults and/or children.
· Exceptional generalist clinical training including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment within a client-centered, trauma-informed intersectional framework.
· Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive psychotherapy that honors intersectional identities.
· Excellent organizational, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in using electronic health records ethically and effectively.
· Highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Five or more years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient/private practice setting.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of integrated team.
· Ability to balance work and self-care to maintain a positive mental attitude.
· Evidence of ongoing professional development and engagement with psychological science and practice groups.
