General:
Autel, the global leader in automotive equipment is seeking a confident, well spoken, sales minded individual to join our team in the role of Inside Sales Representative. The candidate for this position will be responsible for sales funnel management of organic web leads to close of sale, managing Autel training Academy class readiness, and assisting with Distribution communication. Represent Autel with all categories and handle daily interactions with customers with assistance of internal team. Direct customers to other categories and involve Autel category Management when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage pipeline of organic web leads to close of sale thru Distribution channels.
- Effectively communicate Autel product advantages and make recommendations based on customer workflow and needs.
- Professionally consult with lead and tailor communication based on customer type.
- Have customer discussions about the business side of ADAS & Diagnostics. (How to charge and make money with services, and how to submit sublet repairs to insurance carriers)
- Present PowerPoint presentations on product line and utilize training center when needed with customers.
- Manage Autel training Academy schedule, facility readiness, & personnel for event.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret changing industry trends, as well as competitive activities to determine the effect on sales.
- Participate with colleagues in sharing marketing intelligence about product opportunities that will grow sales.
- Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS University degree with concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
- 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred.
- Previous automotive equipment sales experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment but is flexible and self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and safe driving habits.
- Ability to learn new procedures and tasks quickly.
- Effective presentation skills are required.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, results, and determine effective adjustments as necessary to attain the desired level of performance.
- Highly effective and persuasive verbal and written communication skills a must.
