Role Description
The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and providing professional field service to clients. This is a full-time, remote role that requires travel to client locations for on-site service. The Service Technician will ensure quality customer service while maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment to meet clients’ needs efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of commercial kitchen or similar equipment
- Experience in Field Service and the ability to handle client service requests on-site
- Strong focus on Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical expertise in HVAC systems or commercial restaurant equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED; technical certifications or trade school training preferred
