Have you been looking to start your career in aesthetics? This is your chance! We are looking for a talented content creator to run our social media accounts and assist with the marketing initiatives for our growing cosmetic surgery practice in Reston, VA. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Marketing Director to create and execute a content strategy for each of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube)
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Manage internal sales databases and website content
- Identify potential partnerships with influencers or brands
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Assist with miscellaneous marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a social media content creator
- Proven track record of social media growth & online community engagement
- Hands-on experience in content & social media management
- Long and short-form video editing (YouTube)
- Excellent copywriting skills & attention to detail
- Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
- Ability to deliver engaging & creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Previous Cosmetic or Aesthetic experience preferred but not required
- BS degree in Marketing is preferred but not required
