Join a 100% physician-owned cosmetic surgery practice in Northern Virginia, where you can build your own patient base within an established group and work toward partnership and ownership.
Develop your practice in face, body and breast surgery, supported by experienced colleagues, an integrated office, medspa and accredited surgery center, and significant marketing and practice-building resources.

- $325,000–$375,000 base salary plus a collections-based productivity incentive.

- We welcome new graduates and plastic surgeons within their first 1–5 years of practice.
Requirements include an MD from an accredited U.S. medical school, ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency, ABPS board certification or eligibility, and eligibility for Virginia licensure. Aesthetic fellowship training is preferred for new graduates. Board-certified facial plastic surgeons will also be considered.
Preferred start: July–September 2027, with flexibility.
