MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE INSTALLING FRAMELESS GLASS SHOWERS REQUIRED

We're looking for a Lead Glazier who has leadership potential and wants the opportunity to grow into a management position as our company continues to expand.
What You'll Do
- Lead a professional installation crew
- Install custom frameless shower enclosures
- Install mirrors, glass railings, office partitions, and specialty glass systems
- Read shop drawings and measure sheets
- Ensure every project meets our quality standards
- Train and mentor installers
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and designers
- Help improve systems and installation processes
- Eventually assist with scheduling, quality control, inventory, and crew management
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of frameless glass shower experience required
- Strong understanding of heavy glass hardware and installation techniques
