Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through B2B sales, territory management, and lead generation initiatives to identify insurance needs and opportunities.
- Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, policy updates, and upselling additional coverage options to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments, explain policy features clearly, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach within assigned territories through inside and outside sales approaches.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining regular communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and continuous account management excellence.
Experience
