Research Analyst

Graduate / PhD-Track Research Position

Part-Time or Full-Time | Austin, TX (Hybrid — On-Site Preferred)

POSITION SUMMARY

Austin Regenerative Therapy (ART) is seeking a Research Analyst — a current graduate student,

ideally pursuing a PhD, with a strong foundation in research design, data analysis, or applied

statistics. This person will support the clinical, scientific, and business-intelligence backbone of

a fast-scaling longevity and regenerative medicine practice, working directly with Founder and

Medical Director Dr. Khanh Nguyen.

This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of clinical research,

regenerative medicine, and healthcare business strategy — inside a practice actively

expanding from a single Austin location into a national longevity platform.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

ART is building the evidence and analytics infrastructure behind its clinical protocols, published

research collaborations, and performance systems. This role exists to give that work a

dedicated owner — someone who can grade evidence, organize data, and turn raw

information into decisions, freeing up physician and leadership time for higher-level work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical & Scientific Research

Support literature review and evidence grading for peptide, plasma-exchange, and cellular

therapy protocols (e.g., distinguishing investigational vs. established evidence).

Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis for ongoing clinical research

collaborations, including plasma-exchange study support.

Help prepare research summaries, citation-backed briefs, and slide content for physician

conference presentations and faculty talks.

Track and summarize emerging research relevant to longevity medicine, regenerative

therapies, and metabolic/cardiovascular risk markers.

Data & Business Analytics

Analyze practice performance data (KPI tracking, service-line margins, membership

metrics) to support operational and financial decisions.

Build and maintain clean datasets and simple reporting tools for leadership review.

Support competitive and market research on the longevity/regenerative medicine industry.

Administrative Research Support

Assist with organizing sources, references, and documentation for compliance,

publications, and internal knowledge systems.

Maintain rigorous documentation standards — every claim sourced, every figure traceable.

Defy Time. Age Boldly. Live Fully.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Master's or PhD track); PhD candidates strongly

preferred.

Field of study centered on research methods, data analysis, biostatistics, life sciences, public

health, health economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.

Demonstrated ability to read, evaluate, and summarize primary research literature.

Strong written communication skills; comfortable translating technical findings into plain

language.

Working proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets required; Python, R, or SPSS a plus).

High discretion and comfort working with sensitive clinical and business information.

Preferred

Background or coursework in regenerative medicine, physiology, gerontology,

epidemiology, or a related biomedical field.

Prior research assistant, lab, or academic publishing experience.

Familiarity with clinical study design and IRB/regulatory basics.

Interest in longevity medicine, preventive health, or healthcare entrepreneurship.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is intellectually rigorous, detail-obsessed, and genuinely curious about the

science of aging and regeneration. They are comfortable operating with a high degree of

independence, can move between academic rigor and business pragmatism, and want

mentorship from a physician-entrepreneur building a category-defining practice — not just a

resume line.

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS

Open to part-time (estimated 10–15 hours/week, built around academic commitments) or

full-time, depending on the candidate's availability and program stage.

Hourly compensation, commensurate with experience and graduate program stage.

Hybrid arrangement; regular on-site time in Austin, TX preferred for direct collaboration

with clinical and leadership teams.

Direct mentorship and co-authorship opportunities possible on applicable research work.

HOW TO APPLY

Interested candidates should submit a current CV, a brief writing sample (academic paper,

research brief, or analysis), and a short note on why this intersection of research, data, and

longevity medicine is interesting to you.
