Prior experience in the legal industry or a legal support role is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with clients to receive and review new process service assignments
- Log new cases into our internal system for tracking and record accuracy
- Assign new service requests to process servers in the field
- Communicate professionally with clients, servers, and internal staff
- Manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and urgency
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation
