Position Overview:
Full-time Nurse Practitioner position in a well-established outpatient primary care practice. This role offers a consistent schedule, strong support, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to an established patient population.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical exams and preventative visits
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Document in EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Cross train in Occupational Health clinic
- Participate in light call rotation (1 week/month, low volume, primarily phone/EHR)
Schedule:
- Full-time (32–36 hours/week typical)
- Monday–Friday (Possible 4 day work week)
Requirements:
- Active Ohio NP license
- Board certification (FNP or AGNP)
- DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
Preferred:
- Primary care experience
- Comfort managing a broad patient population

Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
