Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of advanced laser treatments, including hair removal, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation using technologies such as Candela GentleMax Pro, Cutera Enlighten, Solta Clear Brilliant, Sciton BBL, and InMode Morpheus8.
Conduct skin consultations using Fitzpatrick skin typing and assess client candidacy for treatment
Educate clients on pre/post-care, package options, and long-term skincare planning
Document treatment protocols and notes with accuracy
Maintain clinic cleanliness and uphold safety protocols
Collaborate with a team to hit client satisfaction and sales KPIs
Represent the ALS brand with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Minimum Requirements
Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License
1 year of hands-on laser experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)
Strong communication and consultation skills
Ability to manage back-to-back appointments with a positive attitude
Team player who is receptive to feedback and growth
