The Software Product Champion serves as the face and voice of Austin Lane, championing our flagship solution, ALMobile. This role focuses on building new relationships while deepening connections with existing clients. Combining elements of sales, marketing, and thought leadership, the Product Evangelist must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, deep product expertise, and a sincere passion for helping clients achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Austin Lane Technologies at conferences, client meetings, and industry events as a trusted ambassador.
- Generate and nurture leads through outreach, presentations, and relationship-building within the construction tech community.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling campaigns, webinars, and case studies that showcase ALMobile’s value.
- Educate prospects and clients on product capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities, sharing market insights, and accelerating the buyer journey.
- Engage with customers to collect feedback and success stories that reinforce brand credibility and continuous improvement.
- Build influence through online presence, professional networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position Austin Lane as a thought leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years in software, SaaS, or technology evangelism, sales enablement, or marketing - preferably within the construction technology sector.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable with public speaking and representing the brand at events and online forums.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage travel and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels throughout multiple organizations.
