Job Summary
We are a highly rated, locally owned and operated restoration company seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the community. In this role, you will respond to real-time leads generated by software that identifies nearby fire and flood events. You’ll be first on the scene—connecting with property owners in their moment of need, building trust, and offering immediate solutions.
This is not a desk job. This is a performance-driven, field-based role where effort directly translates into income.
Duties
- Respond to real-time fire and water damage leads in your area
- Engage property owners on-site and present our restoration services
- Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert opportunities
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions during time-sensitive situations
- Build trust through clear, confident, and compassionate communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
- Provide exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (door-to-door, field sales, or high-volume outreach preferred)
- High energy, resilience, and strong objection-handling skills
- Confidence approaching customers who have not initiated contact
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivation with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including familiarity Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales certifications are a plus
