What You’ll Do:
- Perform all aspects of rough and finish carpentry
- Read and execute plans, layouts, and specifications
- Work alongside a crew to complete projects on time and to high standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven carpentry experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Own tools and valid driver’s license preferred
